The Cleve Carney Museum of Art has a summer 2025 exhibit “Hokusai and Ukiyo-e: The Floating World,” and DuPage communities and businesses are celebrating the exhibit with their own events and offerings inspired by the ukiyo-e style.

This 2-day workshop will feature two projects in the style of the Edo period. One is a mixed media tribute to Hokusai’s The Great Wave off Kanagawa, and the other, a cherry blossoms painting inspired by Japanese scroll art.
