Absent Notice
Use the form below to request to skip one or more lessons in a future month.
Important Note: This form is to be used to notify the school of planned absences in advance of the next month’s billing cycle in order to request that the lesson(s) be SKIPPED and not billed. Notice must be submitted before the FIRST of each month in order for billing to be prorated. For all other absences due to sickness or personal conflicts, please communicate directly with your instructor. Make-ups for missed music lessons and take-home projects for missed art lessons are encouraged but not guaranteed.
